How to Apply - New Student Applications
Applying is easy using our Online Application. A non-refundable fee must be submitted with each application. For the 2024-2025 school year, the application fee for the first student in a family household is $255, the second is $205, and all subsequent students are $35.
Once the application is submitted, you will receive information on choosing a time to take your placement test.
After the placement test is submitted and all documentation is received, we will schedule a family interview!
A decision letter will be sent after the family interview. Assuming your student is accepted, you will also receive information on submitting the enrollment packet, the last step for your student to become a Providence Patriot!
CURRENT PCCA FAMILIES: If you are a current Providence family you do not need to create a new FACTS account. Please log in to your FACTS family portal using your current login, go to "Apply/Enroll", and select "Application (New Student)". If you apply for you new student on or before February 19, 2024, you will receive the current family early enrollment discount for your new student(s) if/when they enroll.
NEW FAMILIES: Create an Online Application
Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
